Brendan Hynes - Group Chief Executive
Brendan Hynes joined the company as Group Finance Director in 2002. He was made Group Chief Executive in November 2007.
Tim Croston - Group Finance Director
Tim Croston initially joined the company as Group Financial Controller in 2005 and moved to Finance and Operations Director for the Vimto Soft Drinks Division in 2007. He was appointed Group Finance Director in January 2010.
John Nichols - Non Executive Chairman
John Nichols is the grandson of the original founder Mr. John Noel Nichols. John moved from executive Chairman of the group to non executive chairman in November 2007.
John Longworth - Non Executive Director
Mr Longworth is currently a Non-Executive Director of the Cooperative Group and is also a Competition Commission panel member. He is Chairman of a business he founded in 2010, SVA Ltd. Previous roles have included being a Main Board Director of Asda and a Director of Tesco Stores. He was appointed to the Board of Nichols plc in November 2010.
Eric Healey - Non Executive Director
Mr Healey, a Chartered Accountant, is a member of the audit committee of the University of Salford and an adviser to a number of enterprises. He is former senior partner of an international accounting firm. He was appointed to the Board in January 2011.
