We may be known for our portfolio of delicious tasting products, but it’s our team of talented people that make us who we are.
We’re passionate about developing our talent and living the values and culture we have nurtured over the past 113 years.
With the global pandemic impacting our business and our people during 2020, the health, safety and wellbeing of our people and their families was our first priority. To ensure we were getting this right, we listened to our people, regularly seeking their feedback – both informally and through employee surveys. This meant we could quickly respond to their needs, which was crucial given the unpredictable situation with Covid.
What makes us different
In work, as with our products, we like to take a refreshingly different approach to things. At the heart of everything is a rich family heritage, an unrelenting ambition to keep innovating, and a true pride in who we are.
Of course, we’re a professional organisation. But you wouldn’t describe us as ‘corporate’. We’re fairly informal and like to find the fun in things.
We’re always driven by doing the right thing — by our employees, our partners, our customers and our suppliers. So, our people created these values as a reminder to ourselves, and a declaration to the world of what who we are and what we stand for.
