Amplifying and enhancing our commitment to Inclusion & Diversity across Nichols
In 2023, we launched the Nichols Inclusion Hub.
An online collection of information and resources, that raises awareness and understanding of what it means to be inclusive and promote diversity across the company.
Co-created by employees and Nichols community groups, ensuring the creation of the Hub was inclusive and embraced a range of voices and experiences.
Feedback from our people highlights that the Hub is engaging, insightful and brings to life our inclusive culture.
